AspectKey, iPhone ve iPad için özel bir klavye uygulamasıdır (Container Application). Bu politika, AspectKey konteyner uygulamasını ve AspectKey klavye uzantısını (keyboard extension) kapsar.
AspectKey sunucularımız yoktur; analiz, reklam veya izleme (tracking) yazılımı kullanmazız. Uygulama ve klavye, tuş vuruşlarınızı izlemez, kaydetmez ve iletmez. App Store’daki “App Privacy” beyanımız “Veri Toplanmıyor” (Data Not Collected) şeklindedir.
Tek istisna — Yazım Çalışması (yalnızca TestFlight beta): Beta sürümde, açık onayınızla başlattığınız “Yazım Çalışması” ekranı açıkken klavye, yalnızca o ekranda gösterilen cümleleri yazarken kelimeleri ve dokunuş konumu/boyutu/zamanlamasını cihazınızdaki bir dosyaya kaydeder. Dosya otomatik gönderilmez, internet kullanılmaz; paylaşıp paylaşmamaya siz karar verirsiniz ve istediğiniz zaman silebilir ya da onayınızı geri çekebilirsiniz. App Store sürümünde bu ekran yoktur.
Aşağıdaki veriler yalnızca cihazınızda, uygulamanın özel depolama alanında saklanır. Bu verilere biz erişemeyiz; uygulamayı silerseniz kalıcı olarak silinirler:

AspectKey klavyesi Tam Erişim verilmeden de tam işlevsel çalışır (yazma, tahmin, otomatik düzeltme, temalar). Tam Erişim tamamen isteğe bağlıdır ve şu ek özellikler için kullanılır:
Tam Erişim kapalıyken bu özellikler devre dışı kalır; klavyenin geri kalanı etkilenmez. Tuş vuruşlarınız hiçbir koşulda dışarı gönderilmez.
Uygulama, ek dil paketlerini (kelime veri tabanları) indirmek için internete bağlanır; indirme sırasında hiçbir kişisel veri veya cihaz tanımlayıcısı gönderilmez, yalnızca statik dosya alınır. Ayrıca isteğe bağlı Konuşma-Metin (Siri) ekranı kullanıldığında mikrofon kaydı, Apple’ın Konuşma (Speech) çerçevesiyle metne çevrilmek üzere Apple sunucularına gönderilir; bu özellik yalnızca ekranı açıp kaydı başlattığınızda çalışır. Klavye tuş vuruşlarınız hiçbir koşulda gönderilmez.
Uygulama içi satın almalar (temalar) Apple’ın StoreKit altyapısı ile yapılır. Ödeme bilgileri yalnızca Apple tarafından işlenir; AspectKey kredi kartı veya ödeme bilgisi görmez, saklamaz.
Özel sticker eklemek isterseniz görselleri sistemin kendi seçici (picker) arayüzünden siz seçersiniz. Uygulama fotoğraf kitaplığınıza erişmez; seçtiğiniz görsel cihazınızda saklanır.
Veri toplanmadığı için üçüncü taraflarla veri paylaşılmaz. Reklam ağı, analitik servisi veya sosyal SDK kullanmıyoruz.
AspectKey veri toplamadığından çocuklardan da veri toplanmaz. Uygulama 4+ yaş derecelendirmesine sahiptir.
Kişisel veri işlenmediği için silme/aktarma talepleri söz konusu değildir; tüm yerel verilerinizi uygulamayı silerek veya ayarlar (“Pano Geçmişini Temizle” vb.) aracılığıyla kendiniz yönetebilirsiniz. Yine de sorularınız için bize ulaşabilirsiniz.
Bu politika güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde uygulama içinde ve bu sayfada duyurulur. Sayfanın güncel sürümü her zaman bu adrestedir.

AspectKey is a custom keyboard app for iPhone and iPad. This policy covers the AspectKey container app and the AspectKey keyboard extension.
We operate no servers and use no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The app and keyboard do not log, record, or transmit your keystrokes. Our App Store privacy declaration is “Data Not Collected”.
Single exception — Typing Study (TestFlight beta only): In the beta, while the “Typing Study” screen that you start with explicit consent is open, the keyboard records — only for the sentences shown on that screen — the words and the touch position, size and timing into a file on your device. The file is never sent automatically and no network is used; you decide whether to share it, and you can delete it or withdraw consent at any time. The App Store version does not include this screen.
The following data is stored only on your device, in the app’s private storage. We cannot access it, and deleting the app deletes it permanently:

The AspectKey keyboard is fully functional without Full Access (typing, prediction, autocorrect, themes). Full Access is entirely optional and enables these additional features:
With Full Access off, these features are disabled; the rest of the keyboard is unaffected. Your keystrokes are never transmitted under any circumstance.
The app connects to the internet to download additional language packs (word databases); no personal data or device identifiers are sent, only a static file is downloaded. When you use the optional Speech-to-Text (Siri) screen, your microphone audio is sent to Apple’s servers for transcription through Apple’s Speech framework. It runs only while that screen is open and you start recording, and your keystrokes are never transmitted.
In-app purchases (themes) are processed by Apple’s StoreKit. Payment information is handled solely by Apple; AspectKey never sees or stores card or payment details.
If you want to add custom stickers, you pick images yourself through the system picker. The app does not access your photo library; the selected image stays on your device.
Because no data is collected, nothing is shared with third parties. There are no ad networks, analytics services, or social SDKs.
Since no data is collected, no data is collected from children. The app is rated 4+.
No personal data is processed, so there is nothing to erase or export; you manage all local data yourself by deleting the app or using in-app settings (e.g. “Clear Clipboard History”). You can still contact us with any questions.
This policy may be updated. Significant changes will be announced in the app and on this page; the current version always lives at this address.
